My message for you today is this:
A spiritual mentor that I have been strongly drawn to, and have been studying with these past few years~Panache Desai, who describes himself at as a 'vibrational catalyst'~says that emotions are 'energy in motion'. He advocates that there are no 'good' or 'bad' emotions, but that emotions are simply energy and we are MEANT to experience the myriad of emotions while we are in this physical experience. His teachings are that, when we seek to deny or 'squash' an emotion rather than to experience it and allow it to flow though us, we create energetic blockages. He advises that our emotions act as 'guideposts' in our life and can serve to direct us in living a Soulful life, when we acknowledge and embrace them.
Mother Mary has presented for you today with that same message. I would add to her message that, "It's important to take stock of your emotions and thoughts about anything that confuses or annoys you", to include ALL of your emotional experiences. You FEEL what you are feeling for a reason! Whether you feel happy, satisfied, fulfilled, frightened, anxious, angry, hurt...ALL feelings are here to serve you when you acknowledge them as a guiding force. If you are feeling frustrated, rather than try to deny your frustration, ask yourself WHY you are feeling that way. Frustration is not a BAD emotion---it is simply 'energy in motion'. What is your frustration seeking to indicate to you about something you may need to change or perhaps quit attempting to change? We have been taught in our culture that anger is a BAD emotion, as well. Let me tell you that your anger can actually serve you! It is the actions that you take as a result of feeling anger that determine whether it is a detriment in your life. Anger can be a powerful motivating force for making necessary change and for positive movement in your life. It is often not until we reach the stage of feeling ANGRY that we are willing to step out of our 'comfort zone of being uncomfortable'. The next time you feel angry---rather than dismiss that feeling because you feel guilty for feeling it; or worse yet, simply venting and spewing irrationally in an attempt to release that energy---consciously acknowledge that you feel angry and ask what the anger is there to show you. Then take conscious action around that. Listen...we are here in this physical experience and there will absolutely times and circumstances in your life when you will not handle your anger or other emotions in a 'conscious' way! The message today is to STRIVE to do so, and to see just how effective your emotions can be in assisting you in navigating this life experience.
Mother Mary is asking you to acknowledge ALL of your emotions and then to take CONSCIOUS ACTION, rather than to simply be reactionary. Your message today is not only in regards to the career aspect of your life. It speaks to any aspect of your life where you have felt a calling to make a change or have felt a spark of inspiration. Why are we often reluctant to admit or---Heaven forbid---SPEAK ALOUD our deepest desires and aspirations for ourselves? It is because these heartfelt desires and aspirations are Soul-based and therefore precious to us. To reveal them may make us feel vulnerable to ridicule or to potential negative responses that could discourage us in our vision. To be honest, just as an infant is cocooned in the womb for a gestation period---protected and yet nourished as it grows and develops---it is often beneficial to hold our deepest dreams, desires and aspirations close to our heart until the time is right to 'birth' them. Yet, so many of us allow our fear to hold us back and remain too long in the 'gestation' period, attempting to protect ourselves from the risk of revealing and sharing that integral part of us. The angels are encouraging you today to begin by authentically acknowledging TO YOURSELF your sincere feelings and desires and aspirations. Trust and know that these aspirations are, in part, the means by which the Divine wishes to see you express yourself out into the World. My message for you today is this:
I have mentioned in previous postings here that it took me some time to come out of the 'psychic closet', even though I have been actively studying various metaphysical modalities for close to two decades now. It was difficult for me to open up and be authentic about my psychic self, even with my close friends, because I had a long held pattern of keeping my abilities 'hidden away' for fear of being 'different', although I have felt 'different' all my life. In time, my hesitation to share that part of myself was more because I held it as sacred, and I feared judgment of what was such an integral part of me. Let me say that when I finally took the courageous (yes---it felt courageous) step to reveal (to only a few select friends, at first) my spiritual, authentic Self, my life and friendships were enhanced in ways I could not have foreseen! Not only did my special friends lovingly embrace and accept me and my revelations about my Spiritual path; I have witnessed the blessing of seeing some of them move forward in expanding and developing their own Consciousness in their own way and how their lives have been significantly improved because of this. I have had the great pleasure of sharing experiences with them that I had previously shut them out of, and what I had already considered to be important friendships have deepened all the more! Joyful!
I have also come to understand that there are friendships and relationships which no longer 'resonate'---those friendships and relationships were a blessing and I am in gratitude for having had them. Yet we have chosen this physical experience, which involves growth and change...not always in the same direction as those we once traveled with. Sometimes it's healthy and necessary to say good-bye.
Also, I know that you have all experienced those people who you felt a close connection with as soon as you met...there's an instant familiarity and it's as if you have already had a long history together. Well, I believe that you HAVE shared a history, if not in this physical lifetime. I call these 'Soul connections', wherein your Soul recognizes the Soul in another because you have had past lifetime experiences together. I am so blessed to have what have come to be known as 'Soul Sista' relationships that transcend this physical lifetime, but that enhance it in such profound ways.
Finally, it is important to understand that we have what I call 'pockets of friends', who bring their own blessings to our life experience in their own ways. Although all of my close friends and the significant people in my life now know about my psychic abilities; not all of them are interested in being actively involved in that aspect of my life. That's okay, because while it is not 'for them', they honour that it is an integral part of who I am and they accept me in my totality. We do not have to be exactly alike in every way, in order to enjoy each other's company! In fact, our differences are sometimes what draws us together in exposing each other to new and exciting experiences. For example, I have a friend who is a bit of a daredevil and who 'enjoys feeling scared'...she has lovingly pushed me outside my comfort zone to have experiences that I actually found exhilarating and I wouldn't have had, were she not there to 'push' me. She has informed me that there will be an experience with a combination of 'repelling and zip-lining' in my future...yikes...I am afraid of heights...but feel sure that if she lines it all up, I will be right there with her, and will be so grateful that I was a part of it (I have informed HER, however, that I will NEVER bungee-jump or sky-dive...and I MEAN that)!
In order to be a TRUE FRIEND, you must begin by being true to yourself and honour yourself by being your authentic self. Only then can you share in the deepest form of friendship, and the joy that that brings to your life! As in all aspects of your life, your Angels are there to support and encourage, every step of the way, and that includes regarding your friendships. Ask your Angels to help you have the vulnerability to share your authentic Self within existing friendships and relationships; to have the courage to walk away from what no longer serves you, even as you bless how it served you in the past; and to be open to the new friendships and experiences that await you on your journey.

My message for you today is this:
We are all blessed with Guardian Angels in our lives---our own personal, loving advocates who are with us ALWAYS, whether we consciously acknowledge them or not. My belief and experience is that we each have at least 2 Guardian Angels that we incarnate with, who remain with us throughout the course of our Earthly experience, and then additional Guardian Angels may join us---at various junctures of our lives---depending upon life circumstance and life purpose or mission.
Guardian Angels are Light Beings, who have never been in physical form. Their vibration allows them to be with us, and accessible to us, AT ALL TIMES. They view us from that elevated perspective of unconditional LOVE that is the energy of the DIVINE. They do not judge us and will NEVER denounce us, but of course, always want what is best for us.Their ability to 'see the bigger picture' for us, means that they can offer us guidance and support that is lovingly objective and progressive for our Soul. Your Guardian Angels WANT to communicate with you---it is their greatest desire to be in conscious communion with you and to serve you in this way. Having said that, all Angels are governed by the 'Law of Free Will'. This Universal Law determines that any Angel, including your Guardian Angels, may not intervene in your life without your permission to do so. To ask for Angelic assistance or support is NOT a complicated matter...simply ASK! You need not recite some formal prayer (although it's fine to do so, if that feels right for you)---all that is required in seeking communion with your Guardian Angels is the INTENTION to do so! There are those who will say that our crossed-over Loved Ones are our Guardian Angels. While our Souls DO take on a higher vibration than our dense physical vibration when we cross-over, that vibration is NOT of the very high vibration of the Light Beings that are our Guardian Angels. Simply put, crossed-over Loved Ones have to WORK to lower their vibration to be with us here in the physical, and it requires effort on their part to be in our vibration, so they are not able to be with us consistently and at all times, as our Guardian Angels are. In addition, our crossed-over Loved Ones continue to work on their own Soul development and progression while on the Other Side, and so they are not accessible to us 24/7, as our Guardian Angels are. Having said that, our crossed-over Loved Ones CAN and DO visit us and can be said to act in a 'Guardian Angel capacity', when their visits occur 'just when we need them'; to support us through a difficult or dangerous situation; or to celebrate a joyous event in our lives with us.
The Angelic Realm---all facets of it---Guardian Angels, Archangels, Nature Angels and Fairies, etc, are a gift from the Creator and are messengers of that Divine source. Just as everyone has Guardian Angels, everyone holds the ability to commune with their Angels, and you are being lovingly reminded of that today. Embrace this gift...

Wow! The card and message that presented today SO relates to a conversation that I had with my dear friend, Lynda, yesterday during her visit! I personally resonate strongly with Jaden's message for this card today, and I trust that it will serve those who feel drawn to visit this reading, as well. I love the synchronicity of the Universe, and how the support and guidance is truly there for us if we strive to be conscious and aware!
There is a powerful quote by Rabindranath Tagore, an Indian author who became the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1913, that says:
"Faith is a bird that feels dawn breaking and sings while it is still dark."
Faith holds a powerful energy, but we must FEEL it---not just SPEAK it---regardless of our current situation or circumstances. The Universal Law of Attraction requires that we have faith...the faith to believe that we are truly drawing to ourselves what we may not be currently experiencing.
I appreciate that Jaden suggests ACTION steps to take, as FAITH is not a sedentary experience! Faith gives us the motivation to take action, in order to achieve our desired outcome. Another quote by Rabindranath Tagore that speaks to this is:
"You can't cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the water."
Metaphorically, you must first have faith that you CAN cross the sea; then take the steps to make it happen, even if there are those who would have you believe that it is not a possibility for you.

Super Moon' denotes that the Moon is at it's closest approach to the Earth for the month, in conjunction with the Moon being Full or New. This is NOT a common cosmic occurrence, and the fact that we will be experiencing 3 Super New Moons in this 'conscious action year' of 2015 is significant! While the energy and impact of New Moons is generally that of 'manifestation' and focusing upon what it is that you wish to 'pull into' your life experience; each New Moon also holds it's own unique energies, as influenced by the surrounding cosmic energies at the time. This amazing bowl resides in my sacred space and I play it prior to any consultations or teachings that I do, to bring in the energy of unconditional LOVE...the highest vibration of all!
Today's card does not only speak to romantic LOVE, but more importantly, to LOVE of SELF...and to your relationship with the Divine, which is pure unconditional LOVE. We can get caught up in the thinking (which we have often been 'conditioned into') that we need to be WORTHY of Divine love. We believe that we must BE or DO our way to being deserving of being loved...NOT TRUE! Just as a parent's love of their child is unconditional, so is the Divine's love of YOU. Just by BEING, you are WORTHY! Yet, we often unconsciously deny or block the receiving of this love. Spirit is asking you to be open to it! While it may seem to be an act of vulnerability to open your heart to the LOVE that the Divine holds for you, the opposite is true. When you embrace the LOVE that has always been there for you, your life can change in ways you cannot imagine!

My message for you today is this:
I have a phrase posted on my bedroom mirror that states: 'Creator, how will you express yourself through me today?' This is my way of striving to be of service. The Creator sees in us potential and possibility that we often times don't see within ourselves, and so rather than attempt to 'script' exactly how I will serve, I simply open myself to be of service in whatever way Spirit deems would be of benefit on any given day. At times, I have absolutely been lovingly pushed outside my 'comfort zone'---for example, the first time that I agreed to doing Akashic Records Readings at the Spiritual Farmer's Market at Vitality Crystals and Fountains. If I told you the story of how this came to be, you would understand that it was Divinely ordered, regardless of my trepidation. Yet, this definitely felt like an act of service that I was meant to undertake, and it was ultimately a very fulfilling experience for me, as well!
When you are in service, you are expressing the Light within yourself out into the World, as only YOU can, and although you may not 'see' the overriding benefit, KNOW that you have impacted the collective in a significant way. Even smiling in understanding and encouragement at the frustrated, disgruntled mother of a toddler in the grocery store line; or helping her to unload her cart of groceries at the till is a beautiful act of service. This could change the trajectory of the rest of her day in ways you may not witness but are real all the same. In the bigger scheme of things, you have your own individual talents and abilities that you incarnated with that you are meant to share for the greater good, as well. Remember this: your shining your Light only enhances the Universe, yet there may be those who are threatened by your Light and may attempt to dim it. Shine your Light anyways! Recognize that as long as you are coming from a heart-centered place of service, you are in the vibration of Love.

Here I am pictured in front of some Amethyst 'angel wings' at the Tucson Rock & Gem Show last week! I KNOW...I look giddy, and I was!
