Open Your Heart

This is your daily card reading for Monday, June 16th/14.  When this card dropped out of the deck I knew that I had to dedicate today's reading to the beautiful Soul's in my course this past weekend!  I send you all Love and Gratitude for having open hearts, and for ALL that you brought to the experience!  I remain in AWE!  From my heart to yours...THANK YOU!!!

"I allow myself to feel the full range of emotions, especially all the forms of love...
This is a card with a very important message for you:  spend less time thinking and analyzing, and more time feeling and experiencing.  Mother Mary asks you to open your heart more.  She realizes that you may have some fears about being emotionally hurt, and she offers to comfort, support, and guide you.  Of all the components of your spiritual path, opening yourself up to experiencing love is the most essential.  Make the conscious choice to risk being hurt and drop your emotional defences.  Be vulnerable and real, and allow others to get to know the true you.  Mother Mary and Archangel Michael act as your shield so that you can be open and protected simultaneously."

My message for you today is this:
As Panache Desai is known to say, 'Emotion is energy in motion'.   Divine energy is LOVE energy...unconditional LOVE energy!  When you experience unconditional love energy, you are in communion with the Divine, no matter the circumstances...why do you think it feels SO GOOD???  This is why~ in any spiritual pursuit, discovery or practise~ we need to seek and reach for, the vibration of Love energy.  To consciously open your Heart:  simply close your eyes, bring your attention to your Heart Chakra (which is in the center of your chest), focus on your breath in and out, and on each exhalation, visualize your Heart Chakra opening and expanding.  Be aware of how this feels and allow yourself to just reside there for a few moments.  Call upon Mother Mary~who has presented for you today~to support you in sharing the Love you have to offer, as well as in RECEIVING the Love that is expressed to you (you'd be surprised at how blocked we often are in that regard!).  Call upon Archangel Michael to surround and protect you and to only allow Love energy to permeate the shield he provides for you and your open Heart.  It is from this vibration of Love that we offer our truest and best selves out into the World.  You have all the support you need. Be brave! An open Heart is a courageous Heart!
