My message for you today is this:
As I was typing up Jaden's message for you, it came to me that I need to clear out and organize the closet in my sacred room downstairs. It is in this sacred room that I conduct my Akashic Records Consultations for clients, my Reiki table is in that room, etc...and I truly love the space! Every item that is on display in that space, has meaning to me and has been placed with intention. Then, there's the closet! At one time, the closet was organized, but as my spiritual work and teachings have expanded, I must confess that I have given little attention to 'the closet' and all that it holds! It has become a 'catch all' for materials that are not very organized, but are 'out of sight'! I am at a new stage of growth in my spiritual business and practise, offering some exciting opportunities and possibilities, ahead! I understood as I typed Jaden's message that, in order to move forward in the best possible way and to focus my attention on what I am meant to, I must first clean and organize that closet and purge it of all that no longer serves me! I have been seeking to understand how I am meant to balance the personal/family/travel aspect of my life, with my spiritual work, and I now understand that that closet, which currently houses aspects of both, is a METAPHOR for my 'sorting all of that out'!
How does Jaden's message today relate for you? We are coming to the end of 'Mercury Retrograde' energy. We have had things that we need to deal with, brought to the surface and revealed to us, over this energetic period. As Mercury Retrograde comes to conclusion, now is the time for action--July will be an 'action month'. When opportunity knocks, answer the door! Discern whether or not the 'guest at the door' is one that you wish to invite in, or if a different 'guest' would serve your life better. You have the right and responsibility to make this choice for yourself! Of course, I know that there is no such thing as coincidence---only synchronicity. When I awoke this morning, I opened the book by Panache Desai that I am currently reading, 'Discovering Your Soul Signature', and today's chapter was titled, 'Ever-Present Truth'. In this chapter, Panache alludes to the very basic use of breath to be in the moment---to find that peaceful, quiet place within you. I just love how he states on page 136 of this book:
"I have yet to meet a human being who is talented enough to breathe in the past.
Nor will I ever meet a human being gifted enough to breathe in the future.
All we can ever breathe in is the here and now."
Perfect! Over recent years, the term, 'To be in the NOW', has become very popular. This really means to be FULLY PRESENT in your life---neither residing in the past or in the future, but in what is happening right NOW. When you focus upon your breath, you cannot help but have your attention on that very moment! It is in this stillness that we are most connected to our Higher Self---to our inner guidance system---to our intuition. The misconception is that, you must have yourself squirrelled away in a quiet area, with no outside distractions, in order to achieve that state of 'stillness within'. Of course, that is easier. You can, however, drop into stillness within yourself, even while you are fully engaged in the world around you and all that that entails. You've no doubt heard the term, 'Just breathe...' We are often advised, at times of distress or agitation or, in fact, while experiencing ANY emotion urgently, to 'Just breathe...This is no coincidence or platitude! Focusing upon your breath CENTERS you and brings you into the present moment---it is CALMING. When we are experiencing strong emotion, our breathing pattern changes---yet, when you draw your attention to your breath, and to adjusting it yourself, in that very moment, YOU take control, rather than having the external circumstances take control of you. You find your 'inner sanctuary' that Denise refers to. It is from this place---this Higher Self place---that you can best react to whatever circumstance you find yourself in. It is important to 'step into stillness'---to meditate in whatever way that means for you, in order to be fully in touch with ourselves and our inner guidance---but it is also important when you are moving throughout your daily life to acknowledge that you have the power of your breath to assist you in attaining a 'calm amidst the storm' state, if you need to. Keep in mind that, to reach for a state of stillness DOES NOT mean that you deny your feelings and experiences---only that you choose consciously how you will react to them!
Therein resides true self-empowerment---and it all begins with your breath!

My message for you today is this:
I would add to Doreen's message above that, you can and should call upon Ascended Masters to assist you with your own PERSONAL issues and desires, not just public and global initiatives. When you are in your best self, humanity and the planet benefit also.
Do not feel that any situation that you wish to ask for help with is too 'small' and therefore not worthy of calling upon an Ascended Master for. These wise spiritual advisers, who HAVE experienced life here in the physical, know full well that what may seem to be of little consequence often plays out in a much bigger way than even we can imagine! Do not play small! Know that you are most deserving of the guidance and support that these supreme beings can offer you. No longer held to the restrictions of the physical body, the Ascended Masters now have the ability to be with more than one Soul at a time---to bi-locate---and therefore you are not keeping them from another by calling them to you. Utilize the wisdom and elevated perspective that they can offer to you---it is their greatest desire to be of service to humanity in this way! I have had the blessing of having experienced Mother Mary's energy in my life at certain pivotal moments and I am so grateful for that! My sister-in-law often calls upon the Egyptian God of ascension, Serapis Bey, to motivate her in eating well, exercising, and making healthful choices for herself (she learned of him through using Doreen's 'Ascended Masters' card deck, and she immediately resonated with his energy).

My message for you today is this:
I have often shared that, it is my personal belief that we are ALL psychic. Set aside, for the moment, the connotations that that word brings up for many---replace the word 'psychic' with the word 'intuitive', if you prefer (as I do). We are all born with the innate ability to make the 'conscious connection' to the Divine. Having said that, just as with any of the potentials and possibilities that we incarnate with, some may have a greater aptitude for certain skills and abilities than others. In addition to that, just because you were born with a certain 'gift', you will not become proficient at it, unless you practise and develop that ability. If you are born with an aptitude for sports and athletics, and you have the physical and mental attributes required to play, say basketball, at a professional level---yet you do nothing to develop your skills in that regard, then your abilities lay dormant and unexpressed. In short, it requires effort and commitment to fully express any gifts you may have out into the world. This is true, also, in developing your ability to be in 'conscious communication' with the Divine, if you have the gift of making that connection at a heightened level. Although it is my belief and understanding that ALL are psychic, not all have the same propensity for making the connection in the same ways. Remember that I have spoken here many times about the powerful manifestation energy of GRATITUDE. When you are in gratitude, you are not focusing upon what you do NOT have, but rather, upon what you DO have, blessing you in your life. Today's message is an adjunct to that . As Esther Jno-Charles says, "What you focus on expands. So focus on what you want, not what you do not want." Hold the positive expectation that what you desire is on it's way to you! Hold yourself in 'higher vibration' with intention, in order to attract your desires more readily. If you follow my daily readings and teachings you will know that I have come to a place where I choose not to label ENERGY as 'positive' or 'negative', which feels judgmental to me, but rather 'higher' or 'lower'. However you 'label' these experiences, the point is to strive to engage with people who bring the same 'positivity'; and situations which support and align with your desired outcome(s). 'Like attracts like', is another common phrase that illustrates how similar vibrations are attracted to one another. So consciously choose to reach for high vibrational energy in order to pull in your desired manifestation...be aware of where you hold your thoughts in this regard, and the people and environments that you expose yourself to, in this regard. Avoid people and experiences that may pull your energy down and out of alignment with where you desire to be. As I lay my hand upon the 'Receiving' fractal art card, the message that came forward for you is to TRUST that you are and have been receiving Divine guidance through synchronistic events in your life, as well as the thoughts and feelings that you have been experiencing in those 'quiet moments'. Pay attention and give your 'awareness' to those moments when an animal messenger presents for you, or a person re-enters your life or is drawn into your life...those circumstances that you just KNOW have been orchestrated and that you couldn't have 'planned' if you'd tried! I had the privilege of attending a beautiful Full Moon drumming ceremony last evening at 'The Healing Barn'. How synchronistic, that the facilitator of the ceremony, Jolynn Daisy, spoke of how 'Mother Moon' (Full Moon) serves us by shining Light into those 'dark' places within us that we wish to bring to the surface and release to the Light of the Moon. I have often spoken of the beautiful 'releasement' energy that the Full Moon offers us, in supporting us to release that which no longer serves us. The words that Jolynn shared last evening in expressing that energy were beautiful and profound! Now, Doreen and Radleigh are expressing that very theme in their own way in your message for this card. As is typical in Full Moon Ceremony, there was a 'releasement' aspect to the ceremony, where we were to make our offering by writing down on paper what it was we wished to release to Mother Moon, kneel before the fire and then offer our prayer by throwing our paper into the fire, with the INTENTION (remember that the power of intention is always KEY in any spiritual act) of releasing that which we had brought to our consciousness to release. My message for you today is this:
The flower pot in which your card was placed for the photo today, was lush and FULL of blooms last week, and then we had that few days of INTENSE wind, which literally blew blooming branches right off the plant, leaving it not so lush anymore! Commitment means to continue to strive toward blooming, even when the winds blow. If you look at the plant in the photo, you will see the new buds that are already striving to fill the space left open by the destructive winds. This plant is NOT going to be deterred in expressing its beauty! No wind is going to stop it from presenting its best self to the world! My message for you today is this:
HOLY MOLEY! Did any of you feel the INTENSE energy over the past weekend??? WOW!
No surprise that the 'power house' Archangels, Michael (the supreme protector) and Raphael (the angel of healing) have made themselves available to us at this time! I had found myself feeling VERY lethargic and very, very sad, most especially on Saturday. I understood that this was NOT related to my current life circumstances, and I was actually very critical of myself for feeling this way. There are so many events coming up in June that I have been excited about, and that I KNOW will be soul-filled experiences, yet I could not seem to 'talk myself out of' feeling sad and tired and uninspired. Then, as the Universe will do for us, if we pay attention, I was given the support I desperately needed. It began yesterday, with a small white feather floating gracefully down in front of me, 'out of thin air', as I was in our front yard, planting my bedding out plants. I took a moment to give thanks, even in my state of 'sadness', as I knew it to be a sign of support. Later, I was scanning some Facebook postings, when I came across one by Elizabeth Peru, of Delta Waves, a spiritual mentor from Australia whom I follow, and whom I have spoken of before. Her posting began with:
"Dear Empaths, you may be feeling a big wave of sadness and pain erupt this weekend. So many people worldwide are releasing their old hurts and shames. Empaths (those whose psychic talent is feeling) pick up on this and feel their own bodies go through the same gut wrenching shifts. Ask yourself if what you are feeling belongs to you or not? Honour, listen to, and act on the voice of truth within you..."
I was identified as an empath, early in my spiritual learning, although I had no knowing at that time what that meant. As I learned what it meant to be an empath, it explained so much of what I had experienced in my life, and continue to experience. I share Elizabeth's posting with you now, because she is wonderful at explaining the cosmic energies that we are influenced by here on Earth. Just having someone identify for me what I had been experiencing, helped me to feel better and to work at releasing it. I trust that if I experienced it so powerfully, there must be others out there who also had been feeling 'out of sorts' and wondered why. Know that you are not 'at the mercy of' these cosmic energies, and that 'knowledge is power'. The Universe longs to support you on your journey, and so, at such times as when the energies are as strong as they were recently, the powerful Archangels, Michael and Raphael, make themselves available to us to assist and support us. How empowering is that? Archangel Michael is excellent at clearing away any lower energies you may have taken on inadvertently, and also protecting you. Archangel Raphael has presented to remind us how important it is to take good care of our physical selves, particularly during times of stress or distress. Practise 'extreme self care'. Spend some quiet time in nature and allow her healing energy to embrace you; take a sea salt bath and clear your energy field; hydrate and feed your body with nutritious foods; rest, if you are tired, rather than simply trying to 'push your way through it'; indulge in whatever brings you some level of peace and comfort. Call upon Archangels Michael and Raphael to support you and know that 'this too, shall pass'. These energy shifts are necessary as we societally release old hurts and make room for greater happiness, but we need not 'suffer through them'. Accept the support that the Universe offers you at these times, and step out of self-judgment for not feeling 'happy' all of the time! We are MEANT to experience the myriad of emotions that this world has to offer, but we are not meant to RESIDE in them...allow them to flow through you, and to be released. The intense energies of this past weekend are already receding... All is indeed, well... June looks to be a wonderful month!
