Be Willing to Forgive

"Archangel Raphael, I call upon you now.  I am willing to forgive (name of person, organization, or situation) and release all stored-up anger from my physical, mental and emotional bodies.  I am willing to release pain, in exchange for peace."

My message for you today is this:
We all have people or situations in our lives that have caused us pain...the message for you today is that, in embracing the energy of forgiveness you DO NOT DENY the painful experience but you make a conscious choice not to RESIDE in it.  We embrace forgiveness for our own good...  There is a saying, "I forgive not for others, but for myself."  By residing in a place of pain you disempower yourself and give power to the person or situation that hurt you.  When you hold on to the pain, you affect your physical, mental and emotional bodies, so it serves you to forgive in every way.
It is important to acknowledge that there are many levels of forgiveness, also...  When we have suffered great pain, we are unlikely to leap directly from that place of pain to complete forgiveness...it is a process...  Know that each step you take toward forgiveness is a step in the right direction.  Be gentle with yourself and call on the support of your angels and Archangel Raphael to assist you on this path. It is not necessary to use the prayer above...use whatever words feel right for you...it is the INTENTION behind your words that holds the power for invoking angelic assistance.  CONSCIOUSLY invoke the assistance you seek...breathe in Archangel Raphael's healing energy, and breathe out the unforgiveness or resentment energy.  Acknowledge also, that you may never 'understand' why the painful event happened, and that it is not necessary to do so in  order to embody forgiveness. Our perspective from this Earthly realm is limited.  Give yourself the gift of forgiveness for the greater good of all...
