Today you are being asked to be CONSCIOUS about what 'seeds' you plant and then to have FAITH that those very seeds are being nurtured by the Universe, even before you see them 'sprouting' and expressing themselves into the world. Follow your Heart. My message for you today is this:
HOLY MOLEY! Did any of you feel the INTENSE energy over the past weekend??? WOW!
No surprise that the 'power house' Archangels, Michael (the supreme protector) and Raphael (the angel of healing) have made themselves available to us at this time! I had found myself feeling VERY lethargic and very, very sad, most especially on Saturday. I understood that this was NOT related to my current life circumstances, and I was actually very critical of myself for feeling this way. There are so many events coming up in June that I have been excited about, and that I KNOW will be soul-filled experiences, yet I could not seem to 'talk myself out of' feeling sad and tired and uninspired. Then, as the Universe will do for us, if we pay attention, I was given the support I desperately needed. It began yesterday, with a small white feather floating gracefully down in front of me, 'out of thin air', as I was in our front yard, planting my bedding out plants. I took a moment to give thanks, even in my state of 'sadness', as I knew it to be a sign of support. Later, I was scanning some Facebook postings, when I came across one by Elizabeth Peru, of Delta Waves, a spiritual mentor from Australia whom I follow, and whom I have spoken of before. Her posting began with:
"Dear Empaths, you may be feeling a big wave of sadness and pain erupt this weekend. So many people worldwide are releasing their old hurts and shames. Empaths (those whose psychic talent is feeling) pick up on this and feel their own bodies go through the same gut wrenching shifts. Ask yourself if what you are feeling belongs to you or not? Honour, listen to, and act on the voice of truth within you..."
I was identified as an empath, early in my spiritual learning, although I had no knowing at that time what that meant. As I learned what it meant to be an empath, it explained so much of what I had experienced in my life, and continue to experience. I share Elizabeth's posting with you now, because she is wonderful at explaining the cosmic energies that we are influenced by here on Earth. Just having someone identify for me what I had been experiencing, helped me to feel better and to work at releasing it. I trust that if I experienced it so powerfully, there must be others out there who also had been feeling 'out of sorts' and wondered why. Know that you are not 'at the mercy of' these cosmic energies, and that 'knowledge is power'. The Universe longs to support you on your journey, and so, at such times as when the energies are as strong as they were recently, the powerful Archangels, Michael and Raphael, make themselves available to us to assist and support us. How empowering is that? Archangel Michael is excellent at clearing away any lower energies you may have taken on inadvertently, and also protecting you. Archangel Raphael has presented to remind us how important it is to take good care of our physical selves, particularly during times of stress or distress. Practise 'extreme self care'. Spend some quiet time in nature and allow her healing energy to embrace you; take a sea salt bath and clear your energy field; hydrate and feed your body with nutritious foods; rest, if you are tired, rather than simply trying to 'push your way through it'; indulge in whatever brings you some level of peace and comfort. Call upon Archangels Michael and Raphael to support you and know that 'this too, shall pass'. These energy shifts are necessary as we societally release old hurts and make room for greater happiness, but we need not 'suffer through them'. Accept the support that the Universe offers you at these times, and step out of self-judgment for not feeling 'happy' all of the time! We are MEANT to experience the myriad of emotions that this world has to offer, but we are not meant to RESIDE in them...allow them to flow through you, and to be released. The intense energies of this past weekend are already receding... All is indeed, well... June looks to be a wonderful month!

My message for you today is this:
I am guided to share how the process of selecting your card for your reading each day happens for me...particularly for your card today. I intuitively choose a deck for your reading, and as I shuffle the cards, a card 'jumps' or 'drops' out of the deck. Today, I chose the 'Saints & Angels' deck, and the 'Mother Mary' card jumped out of the deck. I knew intuitively that that was not the card for the day, but that I was to now use the 'Mary, Queen of Angels' deck, and when I shuffled it, the 'Integrity' card jumped out. As soon as the card drops out, I begin receiving messages to share with you, but I always share the author's message for the card first, knowing that there may be something in that message that the reader needs to hear, also. Now...on to your actual message for the day!
The message for you today is really about being 'true to you'. This does not mean that you have to stand on a soapbox and proclaim to all the world your belief system---rather that you 'walk your talk' and live your own life according to your beliefs. Remember that there can be strength in silence, and that it is what you honestly hold in your heart and live by that determines your integrity. Still, there are times when you need to express yourself and in these times, call upon Mother Mary and her beautiful nurturing energy to assist you in lovingly expressing WHEN you need to, WHAT you need to.
Understand that you have invited into your circle of family and friends, a myriad of people, and that you have invited them in for a reason. It is not necessary that all of these people embrace fully ALL aspects of who you are in order to enhance your life. I have various circles of friends who each bring wonderful experiences into my life, and I know that it is the same for you. The point here is that you always be integral to who you are, and if something doesn't feel right for you, you need to honour that. Remember what has been shared with you so many times this week---to stand in your power in no way implies the need to disempower another. Being true to you also in no way implies that you need not honour someone else's truth---only that you make the choice whether or not you wish to include that person in your circle. True integrity comes from a loving, compassionate place of self-empowerment. Your Higher Self KNOWS what is true for you, and this is often expressed through how you feel in your body...pay attention. Honour yourself.

We are still in the energy of last nights New Moon, and I see New Moon energy as manifestation energy. You first need clarity about what it is you truly desire---you may believe that you've already done that, but WHAT have you been FOCUSING your attention upon? Be the author of your own life! I'm sure that you have heard of the author, teacher, mentor, singer/dancer/performer, activist, philosophist, etc...Maya Angelou's passing on May28th, at the age of 86. Although Maya's life was definitely not without its challenges, she is a shining example of how to be the author of your own life, as she consciously drew specific experiences into her life, seemingly effortlessly (and yet, often against the societal standards or moraes of the time). She ostensibly moved through life with such ease and grace. Yet, if you read many of her famous quotes, or watch and listen to some of her most recent interviews, most especially the one on Super Soul Sunday, with Oprah, you understand that Maya CONSCIOUSLY scripted her life in the ways that she was able, and that she advocated for and believed in herself, even when others did not. Her life is a consummate example of having lived the formula of manifestation that you have been given above. If a young black woman, born 86 years ago into a less than 'accommodating' environment could dream and accomplish all that she did, what holds you back? Be the author of your own life!

We are back in sunny, Alberta where Spring has sprung! Beautiful!
