The Sun

The card drawn for you today is from the 'Angel Tarot Cards' deck, authored by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine.  Radleigh has been using tarot cards as a divination tool for over 20 years.  Tarot decks have been implemented since the 15th century.  Tarot cards (in the 'right' hands) have been an excellent tool for providing information, but the images on the cards and the wording can be somewhat daunting, and so Doreen and Radleigh decided to collaborate to create a deck that had a 'gentler' energy, while still accurately conveying messages.  I have never worked with Tarot cards, but I must say that I love this deck, which has more of an 'oracle card' feel to it, for me.

My message for you today is this:
For those of you receiving this message in the Calgary area, it no doubt seems ironic that  'The Sun' card has appeared for you in the midst of the ongoing rain and dreary weather that we have been and are currently experiencing, but the Sun is coming!  (No, that wasn't meant to be a weather forecast! :-)
As mentioned previously, the energy of Archangel Uriel is infused within this card. Uriel stepped forward for us in a recent reading also, so he is obviously inspired to work closely with us at this particular time...while one of his major themes is in assisting us with issues of unforgiveness or resentment in our lives, he is also there to boost our confidence in moving forward...
You have heard me mention many times that we are in the energy of 2013, which is truly a  'propulsion' year...a year of really URGING us to 'step into' our purpose, and this message is here for us again today.  Know that you are supported in doing so!  Understand that stepping more firmly onto your Spiritual path does not mean that you need to be standing on a stage lecturing to hundreds of people!!  It is in the way that we conduct ourselves in all aspects of our lives that we live our truth!  By raising your own consciousness, you raise the consciousness of the planet...we are all here to contribute in our own unique way and each contribution toward the greater good has meaning and impacts us all!!!  The Sun is shining down upon you and asking that you confidently shine your own Light, in return.  Archangel Uriel is indicating that you are on the right path and that there is a positive energy encouraging you to move confidently forward at this time (even if it may seem that there are a few clouds, currently).  A happy outcome awaits your positive expectations...
