As the Beatles aptly said, "Love is all there is!" Whenever we apply love to any situation, we cannot go wrong... This includes love for yourself, which is key, actually! Loving and caring for yourself, allows you to easily and readily share your love with others...
For those of you who utilized the powerful energy of the Super Full Moon yesterday to do some releasement and manifestation work (and it WAS a dynamic energy, which even woke me up as it shone down on me on through my bedroom window at 2-ish in the morning!), it would now serve you to give some loving care to your heart chakra today...
You can do so in various ways: simply ask your angels to send love and light to your heart chakra; apply rose oil to your heart chakra, or inhale it's lovely scent; wear or hold a rose quartz crystal (which carries unconditional love energy); cross and hold your hands lovingly over your heart chakra, as the angel in the image above is doing, while focusing on opening your heart to healing energy... Any way that feels right to you is appropriate for acknowledging and caring for this tender energy center in your body...
Of course it is important to clear and balance ALL of the chakras, the energy centers in our body, on a regular basis, in order to care for ourselves energetically... Your angels ARE drawing your attention to your heart chakra today, though, specifically... Nurture yourself, with loving intention, knowing that doing so allows you to approach those around you and all situations you encounter from a loving place...
