My message for you today is this:
Mother Mary is reminding us to come from a 'heart centered space' in our interactions with others today. Perhaps there is a relationship in your life right now, that is somewhat contentious. When we approach any of our relationships or interactions with others from a caring and compassionate space, as well as the understanding that seeing the other persons' point of view does not mean we need to take on their point of view, we often find a level of resolution. Understand that we are all just doing the best we can in this moment...
Mother Mary's energy is nurturing and protective... She is stepping forward to support you in your role as 'peacemaker' today, and to help you to understand that being compassionate toward another does not imply leaving your own feelings behind. Often times, people who 'rub us the wrong way' or who bring up strong emotions within us, are actually present in our lives to mirror to us an issue or facet of ourselves that we have lessons about... When you understand this, you CAN see the situation with compassion.
This card is also a reminder that, as a sensitive person, it serves no one for you to take on another persons' negative energy---this is not what being compassionate means! Be sure to clear yourself, energetically at the end of your day today (and every day, really!) by cutting etheric cords, enjoying a sea salt bath, using crystal energy to clear your aura, or simply asking Mother Mary, your angels and Archangel Michael to assist you...your INTENTION to clear yourself of any energy that is not yours, is what will ensure that it is so!
