Wind

This is your card reading for Tuesday, November 28th/17.  Your card today drifted out of the 'Crystal Ally Cards' deck, authored by Naisha Aishan. Naisha has segmented her deck into 5 'suits'—Earth, Fire, Water, Wind and Storm. Each element has a signature card for that element and then certain crystals which hold the energies of that element are included in that suit. Your card today is the signature card of the 'Wind' element, and Naisha's message for the card is this:

My message for you today is this:
Here in south/central Alberta, we have been experiencing Chinook winds, carrying the warmer air our way and providing us with milder winter temperatures.  These winds bring with them a change in air pressure, which can be physically challenging for some; bringing on headaches and sinus issues.  This is indicative of how we are affected by the prevailing energies around us. We are vibrational beings and so of course we are affected by the energies we are in!  Wind is reminding you today that you need not fall victim to those energies, but you can actually UTILIZE those energies when you are conscious of them! 
The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for shifting our vibration, and yet it is so underused.  How often have you heard someone say 'Just take a breath' when they are striving to assist someone with shifting anger, fear, anxiety, etc.?  To breathe consciously—as in yogic breathing (I have carried with me how a yoga instructor of mine used to say 'rest in the stillness of your breath' and I utilize that to find a place of peace), or Ha breath, or other means of intended breathing patterns—can relax, calm and center you. It literally shifts your vibration and can raise your vibration to bring you to the place where communing with your Higher Self and your Spiritual Advisors occurs more readily and easily. 
Place your focus upon your breath and allow yourself to breath deeply and slowly. Feel your body being energized with the oxygen and the rhythm of your breath. Then invite whatever guidance is being made available to you to reveal itself.  Spirit is reaching out to you and that is why the Wind card has revealed itself to you today.

Inspiration

This is your card reading for Monday, November 27th/17.  I chose the 'Manifesting Wealth & Wisdom' card deck, authored by my dear friend, Jaden Sterling (www.jadensterling.com)—I was blessed to take Jaden's 'Purpose, Passion, Profit' course this past Friday through Sunday at Country Garden Crystals. What a deep, enlightening, inspirational, and soulful experience! It is so appropriate that the card that revealed itself from his deck for you today is 'Inspiration'! Jaden's message for the card is this:
"The Universe is reminding you that inspiration is all around you. Your job is to open to receiving it.
ACTION: Make a list of what you feel inspired to be, do or have. Look closely at the other cards near this one for they hold important clues as to what needs to shift in order for you to truly feel inspired. Inspiration is coming to you through many different ways; for example creative ideas, inspired thoughts, feelings, people, movies, books and nature. Your job is to allow these beautiful insights to come and to follow them; you are right on track!"

My message for you today is this:
Obviously, there is only one card revealed for your reading today, so there is no other card to look to as advised in Jaden's message for this card. Instead, you must draw upon your own inner knowing in this regard.  The Universe is advising you that you DO have this inner knowing, if you allow yourself the stillness within to access it.  Do so openly, and with no self-judgment or holding yourself back.  This is YOUR information and you need not shout it to the world—you need only fully acknowledge and embrace it yourself in order for the Universe to come into alignment with your inspiration.  
You may be thinking 'I don't know what truly inspires me!'. Perhaps you will simply express to the Universe that you are open to inspiration in your life—that you desire to live your life from an inspired place, rather than merely 'existing'.  If this is the case for you, set the intention to be open to insights of inspiration and then be aware of what 'comes to you', in the ways that Jaden has shared in his message for you above, or even another way unique to you.  How will you know when you have a moment of inspiration? We often call them 'aha' moments.  These are moments of clarity that impact you in a way that leaves you with a soulful 'knowing'.  Understand that you may not know the 'how' right away, but you will know the 'why'.  Relax about that.  Simply allow yourself to experience the vibration of inspiration at this time.  The Universe will respond to this vibration within you and the Law of Attraction will then draw to you the circumstances and situations that will facilitate the manifestation of your inspiration, if you allow yourself to reside in that vibration and don't drop into self-doubt.  The song, 'Cause you've gotta have faith, faith faith!' comes to mind. 
Divine timing will definitely be at play, also, so don't attempt to orchestrate the 'when' of the manifestation.  Of course, action is required on your part—just take each step as it is presented to you and trust that the Universe is conspiring in your favour, even if it would not seem as though it's happening as you would have scripted it yourself.  When you live an inspired life, you are living your life 'on purpose', and you raise the vibration of all around you.  Shine your Light! It's what you came here to do!

(There's still a few spaces in the course, if you feel called to take it—Jaden is an amazing facilitator!)

Here's to inviting in growth and positive change that honours who I am and why I am here! While I feel truly blessed in my life, I wish to be the fullest authentic expression of WHO I came here to be!

Universal Connection

My message for you today is this:
Recently a couple of my friends brought to my attention a 'writing meditation' called 'Morning Pages'.  As described by Julia Cameron—the creator of this writing meditation—on her web site:
"Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing,
done first thing in the morning. *There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages–
they are not high art. They are not even “writing.” They are about
anything and everything that crosses your mind– and they are for your eyes
only. Morning Pages provoke, clarify, comfort, cajole, prioritize and
synchronize the day at hand. Do not over-think Morning Pages: just put
three pages of anything on the page...and then do three more pages tomorrow."
I have long been a journaller—I have always loved to write and have found writing to be a source of release and comfort during challenging and painful times in my life; as well as a place to express my joy.  Yet, I had gotten away from journalling and so when my friends both synchronistically spoke about this writing technique, I knew I had to look into it.  I began this journalling process on Oct. 18th. It hasn't always been possible to journal every morning, but I do it when I can, and I understand how it can become a form of meditation.  I see how it has become a place for me to express honestly—without fear of judgment or retribution—my thoughts and feelings and to then look at them from a more objective viewpoint, from my Higher Self. Automatic writing has long been a means by which we can connect with Spirit, and this is a form of automatic writing, in my opinion. 
Perhaps you will find that some form of journalling will support you in making the connection to your guides and Angels, and your Spiritual Advisors.  Perhaps you will simply write about your goals and dreams, thereby 'anchoring' them into the physical realm and consciously putting the Universe on notice as to your desires for yourself. Perhaps you will utilize inspirational quotes that you post in places where you will see them often; to remind you of who you wish to be and how you wish to be in this world.  You are being reminded today that you may use the written word as a means of making a conscious connection to your Higher Self and to the guidance that is available to you.

Think about the word 'miracle'.  Typically, this word is deemed applicable to monumental events and occurrences.  Yet, isn't the birth of a baby a miracle, when you try to wrap your logical brain around all that happens to bring a baby through the gestational process to be birthed into the world?  Babies are being born every minute of every day in this world—yet, each birth is indeed a miracle of creation.  
Today, you are being asked to bring to mind miraculous moments in your life—and you have experienced many.  Miracles are those moments of grace wherein you count your blessings for how a circumstance happened or didn't happen. Know that miracles are always available to you. All that is required is faith and awareness. I am SO THRILLED with the card that revealed itself for your message today!  All year your messages have spoken to stepping into the AUTHENTIC expression of WHO you came here to be—of courageous expression.  Your message today is indicative that you are becoming comfortable with that.  It is my firm belief that we chose to incarnate at this time because of the accelerated spiritual growth being offered us, and that the SHIFT that had been spoken of so prolifically for some time was in reference to the spiritual shift and massive leap in spiritual maturation we have been undertaking as a collective.  Just look to how more 'mainstream' it has become to speak about 'spirituality'.  At one time we could only refer to any connection we made with the Divine under the auspices of religious tenants.  We have evolved and matured spiritually to the point wherein we are seeking to make the connection to our Higher Self and to the Divine personally.  Collectively, we are more open to and receptive to the knowing that we have SIX senses, rather than 5.  
Many who are serving as spiritual leaders, teachers and advisors; healers; mediums and psychics are doing so OPENLY at this time; whereas in past lives they were likely persecuted for doing so.  You no longer have to deny your gifts—you are able to share them openly as a loving act of service and an AUTHENTIC expression of WHO you are! 
Granted, that with massive change, chaos often ensues during the time of adjustment. We have certainly experienced that in our personal lives and on the global scene this recent year.  Your message today is that you are now emerging out of that chaos and upset and are moving into feeling comfortable living as the expression of your authentic self.  This does not mean that further challenges may not present—these are part of the human experience that you are here to live.  It means that you have now found that Divine CENTER that will lead you through any challenges from a more empowered place.

Mother

My message for you today is this:
Your message today actually encompasses the maternal relationship on so many levels. Perhaps, like me, your mom is departed from this Earth and you were blessed with a loving mother that you feel deep gratitude for—even as you miss her physical presence in your life.  While I enjoyed a close, loving relationship with my Mom I still have moments of regret where I wonder if I expressed my love and appreciation to her enough while she was alive. At such moments, I make sure to express my gratitude to her with the understanding that she is still present and can receive my love and gratitude on the other side.  I have absolutely felt my Mom's presence and support from the other side at pivotal times in my life since her passing.  If your mom is no longer with you on the physical plane, your message today is that she is still available to you, and if there is something you feel was left unsaid between you, you can still express it.  A mother's love never dies. LOVE REMAINS. 
Another aspect of your message today is in regards to YOU as a mother. As we lead into the Full Moon tomorrow, you are being asked to acknowledge that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience.  Some would refer to the essence of who you are as your Soul.  How can you express the essence of who you are out into the world?  This has been your calling and is truly what your 'life purpose' is.  We sometimes get caught up in thinking that our life purpose will be expressed through a significant event or undertaking during our lifetime. In truth, our life purpose will be expressed in a multitude of ways over the course of our lifetime.  Anytime you are focused upon sharing the essence of who you are, you are engaged in your life purpose. This occurs in what some may define as the 'small moments' of our lives, as well as during our monumental life experiences. "Most of us experience a dark or difficult time at some point or another in our lives. And though it may feel like it will never end or never be better, the Violet Flame card is here to tell you that it will be.
The only way to conquer the shadows in our life is to turn off all the lights and face the darkness head-on. this is a process of purification. The Violet Flame shines its light, providing you with the way and means to see your way out of the inner darkness—once the shadows have been conquered. The experience you are having right now, although painful and challenging, is providing you with the means and opportunity to clearly see what is—and is not—working in your life anymore. My message for you today is this:
In truth, I initially doubted why this card had come up for your reading today. It seemed, at first, to be a rather 'dark' message for the energies of this time, as we move into a new month. Yet, as always, I trusted that it had presented for a reason and I understood the message for you today as I typed up Cheryl Lee's message for the card above.  
2017 is a '10/1 Universal Year of New Beginnings' and during this year, we have experienced periods of great transformation, which have not always felt 'comfortable'.  We have literally been pushed outside our comfort zone toward our potential.  How fitting that this card has presented on the day following Halloween, with the symbol of the bat meaning 'change'; and as we lead into the Full Moon this upcoming Saturday, which is about releasing that which no longer serves you.  We HAVE been asked to look at and acknowledge what is sometimes referred to as our 'shadow side' in this year of courageous expression of WHO we authentically came here to be. Our shadow is part of who we are, as we live in this physical realm of duality (dark and light).  As we acknowledge and recognize our shadow side, we've been asked to be clear about old ways of being—and patterns of behavior—that no longer serve us moving toward our new beginnings. We will ALWAYS have a shadow aspect to ourselves while we are human—and honestly your shadow side can serve you, at times. It helps you to navigate this human experience.  Your role as we come to the conclusion of this year of new beginnings, is to choose to CONSCIOUSLY look to the circumstances and experiences of this past year that have revealed to you old patterns that no longer serve you in moving forward, and the changes you need to make in that regard.  You may not be currently experiencing actual challenges, but may find MEMORIES of old challenges rising up at this time, for 'no apparent reason' (as I did last night just before falling asleep).  This is happening so that you can now fully integrate the lessons that were being shared with you through that experience.  I know NOW, that I would deal with what happened THEN, in a very different way, and from a more self-empowered stance, for example.  Allow the energy of the Violet Flame being presented for you today to shine upon you, providing you with healing and faith that you ARE living out your destiny. 
Celebrate the life-affirming changes you have made, and allow the changes you still need to make to be revealed to you—the Violet Flame will assist you with this, as we move toward the Full Moon.
