My message for you today is this:
At times in our life---and on our spiritual path---we will experience periods of accelerated growth and progress. Awesome! Yet, we sometimes have the expectation that this period of accelerated growth must CONTINUE in the same way, in order to be effective or 'worthwhile'. Not true! Periods of accelerated growth and progress are most effective when followed up by a period of 'integration', as I call it. Slow down, integrate and adjust to the shift that you have experienced; so that you can best incorporate the positive changes that have occurred. In this physical existence, it is impossible to maintain a CONSTANT rapid trajectory of transition, without incorporating periods of lull, or rest, or adjustment. Simply said, you can not be moving forward at 'mach one' constantly! You only need to observe Mother Nature to see the truth in this. Trees that grow too quickly or plants that bloom to prolifically tend to 'burn themselves out' and do not survive.
Panache Desai, whom I had the privilege of learning from at an Immersion on Vancouver Island last August, admitted to having gone into a 'tailspin' of sorts following his world-wide interview with Oprah Winfrey on Super Soul Sunday. The exposure that this televised interview brought to him and to his spiritual work, hugely impacted his world and sent him reeling for a time---even with his advanced understanding of energy and what he calls our 'Soul Signature'. As an acclaimed spiritual mentor/teacher; or rather, 'energetic catalyst' as he defines himself; Panache was still 'off-kilter' and required a period of adjustment and integration to the huge shift that followed his global interview experience. The point in this is that we are MEANT to have periods of rest and integration, in order to enjoy STEADY PROGRESS, in our lives and on our spiritual path.

This is the very first angel oracle card deck that my friend, Cindy Smith, acquired and I will be spending time with her as her guest on her radio show this evening---so I wanted to honour the amazing journey that this deck of cards initiated for Cindy! I have stated many times that in regards to the cards that reveal themselves for your readings here---I couldn't script it if I tried---I am often in awe of how Spirit brings forth the messages. I have been blessed with some wonderful friendships in my life. I'm sure that you've heard or read the poem about 'a season, a reason, or a lifetime', which speaks to the time-frame that certain people are in our lives. Some friendships span the course of our entire life, and other friendships may be a brief interlude in our life---yet, even the brief friendships can be impactful and meaningful regarding our journey here on Earth. My message for you today is this:
Due to how it is portrayed by the media, clairvoyance is the least understood of the psychic senses. Television shows and movies have made is 'appear' (pun intended!) as though, when you receive psychic information clairvoyantly, it happens as if you are viewing a movie screen in front of you. Granted, some clairvoyants DO receive information in that manner, but that is not typically the case. The word 'clairvoyant' means 'clear seeing'---and the ways in which we can receive information using sight are varied and powerful in their own way.
Doreen lists some of the means by which we receive information clairvoyantly, in her message for this card. I would like to expand on the forms of clairvoyance that Doreen mentioned:
~Psychic-Medium John Holland, uses an excellent exercise when teaching others about clairvoyance. John says to close your eyes and imagine the kitchen in your home and all that you are familiar with---it is very easy to 'pull up' an image of your kitchen 'in your mind's eye'. This is one way in which you receive and will envision clairvoyant messages---you will 'see' an image or scene 'in your mind's eye'.
~There is an aspect of dreaming called 'lucid dreaming'---this means to be 'aware' that you are dreaming. We receive psychic messages and information clairvoyantly when we lucid dream; and often just prior to falling asleep or just upon waking, before the conscious mind has a chance to take over! In such instances, quickly jot down what you have received before you are fully awake and the information/message is lost.
~When messages on billboards or newspapers or magazine covers, etc. grab our attention, that can be a message that Spirit is sending our way. Perhaps you have been thinking about a situation that you wish to have clarity on and then your attention is drawn to a bumper sticker on the vehicle in front of you with words that relate to the situation. Or you are thinking of a loved one who has passed, and a butterfly, feather, coin, or whatever symbol you may associate with that Soul appears before you.
~Some people are adept at 'reading' and seeing the auras of objects, animals and Souls. An aura is an energetic field. Because we are energetic beings and energy is always in motion, some aspects of our aura fluctuate according to what is happening in our lives. Our aura responds and reacts to the surrounding energy, and in turn, our aura impacts the space that it occupies, also. There are clairvoyants whose gift is in accessing psychic information through another's aura. This is just another means of 'seeing'.
~When I 'see' a Guardian Angel or Spirit Guide for a client who has come to me for a consultation, I typically see what I think of as 'vibrational waves'---something like the heat waves that would come off of the hot desert---rather than a clear image. I have the understanding that our Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides are Light Beings of such a high vibration that they are not in physical form, but that they only present themselves to us in physical form, so that we can better relate to them. That is why I believe that I usually see them as a 'vibration', sometimes with a few physical details, like hair color, or style of dress.
On some occasions, I have received a clearer image (what Doreen refers to as an 'apparition') of a Guardian Angel, Spirit Guide or crossed-over---most often in relation to myself---but sometimes it is just the 'energy field' that I see.
The point here is to understand the myriad of ways that you can receive information clairvoyantly, and to trust in the information that Spirit is sharing with you!
Archangel Raziel, whose name means 'Secrets of God', is the Archangel who assists us with spiritual and psychic blocks. Many experience his aura as all the colors of the rainbow, and so a clear quartz crystal (which can exhibit all the rainbow colors through refraction) is a crystal that aligns well with Raziel's energy. "When we are in the process of creating something new in our life, we are actually calling on our Divine force, and mastering our gift as creators, to bring something new into this world. Trust yourself in all that you are doing at this moment. Your instinct and intuition will guide you. The goals, projects, or ideas you are working on are important in the cosmic plan. There are many higher energies working with you, and through you, to help you complete what you are working toward.
Remember though, the process of giving birth involves going through labour. You may be feeling a lot of pressure at the moment. But discomfort during labour is natural.
