"Key words:  sharp vision and spiritual perception
The Scarlet Macaw is a member of the parrot family and is found in rain forest areas of Mexico, Central America, and SOUTH AMERICA.  They are intelligent, perceptive, brave and alert, always appearing calm, though they rarely miss anything that goes on around them.
In the Amazon, the Scarlet Macaw is linked to natives known as the JAGUAR PEOPLE, who believe they came from the stars...
When Scarlet Macaw appears in our cards, our spiritual vision and perceptions are heightening, becoming sharper and more accurate.  We should trust our vision, no matter how bizarre or strange the perception might seem.  This is a time of greater spiritual depth and creativity.  People will seek out our counsel, and we are likely to find new creative ways of expressing our perceptions and performing the counseling.
The colorful Scarlet Macaws can live a long time, an estimated 75 to 90 years.  Their appearance always indicates the  beginning of a long period of creativity and higher perceptions... People will pay attention and listen as never before.  When Scarlet Macaw appears, our vision, our creativity, and our communications brighten everything we do.

The Jaguar is also known as a panther.  Related to the leopard family of large cats it is even more powerful.  An animal of great mysticism and significance, Jaguar's appearance reflects a time of reclaiming our own power.  Whether it was lost, stolen, or broken, there is arising a time to reclaim our power and express it again---even more strongly and solidly than if we had not lost it in the first place.  We will now be able to enjoy the fruits of our great labours.
The Jaguar, like most larger cats, is a stalker who will patiently wait until its prey is close enough to strike strong and hard. When Jaguar appears, our patience is about to be rewarded, but we must strike when the opportunity presents itself... When Jaguar appears, we should trust in our own instincts---not that of others---to know how best to proceed...
The Jaguar is endowed with great magic and ability.  This cat can climb, run and even swim better than the tiger.  Because it functions so well in so many environments, the Jaguar is a symbol of mastery over many dimensions.  It's appearance heralds good opportunities from various directions. Our efforts and patience are about to be rewarded in far greater ways than we had anticipated.  This is a time of reclaiming our power, or reclaiming what was lost, giving us the ability to go beyond what has been imagined.  If we pursue the opportunities with discipline and control, we are bestowed with the blessings..."

My message for you today is this:
WOW!!! Two very powerful cards presented for you to begin your week!  If you had ANY doubts that you are meant to move forward and to follow your intuition and guidance in doing so, SET THOSE DOUBTS ASIDE RIGHT NOW!  How amazing is it, that the Scarlet Macaw has been aligned mystically, with Jaguar energy, and then these two cards present together for you today???   There is NO COINCIDENCE!!  While self-empowerment NEVERS implies disempowering another, it DOES imply that you will not allow another to take away your own personal power. Do not give energy to defending yourself to 'naysayers', but do stand firmly in your own personal beliefs.  Can you feel the difference, energetically, in being proactive rather than defensive?  Whatever you have been contemplating moving forward with, rest assured that YOU HAVE THE POWER!!!  Call upon the energy of Scarlet Macaw and Jaguar to provide you with the PERCEPTION and POWER to move forward in the way that you are meant to! And, as always, take guided action...Jaguar is MOST indicative of the need to 'pounce' and take action.
We are coming off the energy of an incredible Super Full Moon this past weekend, which assisted us in releasing anything that was holding us back from our greatest potential.  Now, Spirit has presented both Scarlet Macaw and Jaguar, uniting their energies in  support of you as you bravely incorporate your spiritual perception and personal power to best express yourself out into the world for the betterment of ALL!
