My message for you today is this:
The lunar Welsh Goddess, Rhiannon (pronounced REE-ah-non) assists us with manifestation, spirit communication, transitions and artistic inspiration.  She has the ability to 'shape-shift' (meaning to present herself in various forms) and thus, she may present to you as an animal, bird, or even a song.  She most often appears on the back of her beloved white horse, as pictured on the image of this card.  Her energy is strong, yet encouraging, and most definitely inspirational!

I feel guided and compelled to begin my message today with a quote that was shared this morning on Facebook, by my dear friend Kathy L. (thank you, Kathy!)  When I read the quote, it spoke deeply to me personally, but I did not know at the time that it would be an integral component of your message today (LOVE SYNCHRONICITY!)  This quote was originally posted on Facebook by 'The Mind Unleashed'---

"I CHOOSE
To live by choice, not by chance,
To be motivated, not manipulated,
To be useful, not used,
To make changes, not excuses,
To excel, not compete.

I choose self-esteem, not self-pity,
I choose to listen to my inner voice,
not to the random opinions of others."

This quote speaks emphatically to choosing SELF-EMPOWERMENT rather than VICTIMHOOD!  It speaks to taking responsibility for how you will conduct yourself and navigate your way through your life.  It speaks to your ability to be a powerful manifestor, and the Goddess, Rhiannon, has stepped forward for you today to acknowledge that you are supported by the Divine!    Can you feel the energy shift between the two perceptions in each line of the quote above?  How UPLIFTING to know and understand that you can CHOOSE your perception, if not always your current circumstances (and you CAN)!  As always,  a reminder that to be truly self-empowered NEVER diminishes another, which is why I LOVE the line, 'To excel, not compete.'  This SHIFT that we are in is about moving from the masculine (competitive) societal ways of the past, toward the feminine (cooperative) ways that will benefit ALL.  In Doreen's message above, she has the statement, 'When you win, others win too.'  Another way to say that is, when you present your best self to the World, EVERYONE benefits! 
Rhiannon, the Sorceress, has presented for you today to remind you of your personal power of manifestation---she does not abide victimhood---so when you call upon her for assistance, be well prepared to 'be in your power'!   As we move toward the Super Moon (a Full Moon that is also at it's closest proximity to Earth at the time of being full) this upcoming Saturday, Rhiannon is an excellent Goddess to work with, as she assists us with transition and manifestation and has a strong connection moon (lunar)  energy!
