My message for you today is this:
We are exposed to many different energies and stimulants in this physical experience---if you are sensitive to energy, it is very important to take care of yourself energetically!  This is not in judgment of the other energies as 'good' or 'bad', but rather, as not in alignment with your own personal vibration.  Sometimes we need to look at our own attitudes and intentions in regards to specific situations, also.  Are we expressing our TRUE selves through our actions and words?  Have we been caring for our physical body and nourishing it?  These are all aspects that the Ascended Master, White Tara, can assist us with, but we must ask! She, too, is governed by the Law of Free Will and she cannot intervene in our lives without our permission.  The Eastern Goddess, Tara, appears in a multitude of forms, signified by various colors---WHITE Tara's essence is one of PURITY and she helps us in areas of enlightenment and extending life expectancy.  She recognizes what is pure within each and every one of us, and will assist us in accessing that for ourselves.  Call upon her to purify various aspects of life in order to enhance your Earthly experience.
