Happy New Year ~ 2016, here we come!

Welcome to the New Year of 2016!  I want to begin by sharing the following quote with you:

2015 was absolutely an action-filled year, with HUGE changes happening on a daily basis, at times!  Yet, looking back, I can see that it fulfilled the missive of being the year of 'conscious action'.  This, in spite of not having brought all of your intended projects and goals to completion during that calendar year.  Just take a few moments to reflect back upon all of the CHANGES that occurred in your world and your life over the past year! Sometimes, when you are in the midst of it all, you don't acknowledge all that you have attained and accomplished. The Divine, in IT'S WISDOM, understands that the conscious actions taken were pivotal in leading you to the next aspect of your Soul's expression.

2106, I have intuited, will be the year of 'creative courage'.   Do not misconstrue the word 'creative' for only meaning what many perceive as 'artistic pursuits', such as writing, painting, drawing, etc...  The term 'CREATIVE', in this instance, means the full and authentic EXPRESSION of your unique gifts, talents and abilities---whatever those may be.  It takes absolute COURAGE to reveal all that you are, in this way, and to then share it with others. This is a vulnerable place to be, but rest assured that you 'did the work', through conscious action in 2015, and you are now ready to share all that you were created to be.  
A dear friend gifted me with a beautiful piece of pottery, as a Christmas gift (pictured here), that has the words, "I am courage" on one side, and a heart with angel wings on the other. Although I LOVED this gift from the moment I saw it, and knew that it would be placed on my desk where I would see it on a daily basis, I didn't know at the time that it would be my mantra for approaching 2016...and in living my life in it's full expression.  We need to put ourselves 'out there' and we willing to take risks.  We must TRUST that the Universe is always conspiring in our favour, when we approach our lives from a Soulful place.  The term 'creative', as used here, also implies that we may be slightly surprised with the ways in which the Divine calls us forth to express our authentic selves to others, at times.  Surrender to that...be brave when you are challenged to push yourself beyond your own perceived limitations.
I so appreciated the words that Panache Desai shared with us in his New Year Wish for us. He calls for us to be: "Someone willing to walk forward with an open heart into an uncertain future knowing that all of creation is moving you into more. . . Live your truth." 

How exciting it is to anticipate all that 2016 will hold for us, for in approaching this time from a place of 'creative courage', you inspire others to do the same.  Much love and blessings to you on this bold journey which will serve your Soul and enlighten the world.
