In designing a life you love, begin by taking the 'first step'; and then take the next step that presents, and then the next. When we look to a goal in it's totality, it can be overwhelming. When we 'break it down' into steps, it is more attainable. In truth, you only ever reach ANY destination, one step at a time. Focus on, and celebrate each step, as taking you closer to your goal. Give your attention to taking each step 'consciously' and with INTENTION, rather than merely stumbling onward with no direction in mind...
