Hathor ~ Receiving

This is your card reading for Tuesday, May 3rd/16.  Your card slipped out of the 'Awakening of the Divine' oracle card deck, authored by Velva Dawn Silver-Hughes.  Each card in the deck is aligned with a goddess and a crystal.  Your card today is 'Hathor ~ Receiving', and Velva Dawn's message for the card is this:
"CRYSTAL:  Sedona Red Rock
Do you allow yourself to receive from others? Do you feel that you deserve to be loved? Have you been interested in sacred geometry? Do you feel called to travel to Sedona, Arizona to connect with the Red Rock and vortexes?
Hathor is an Egyptian goddess who is depicted having cow's horns holding a sun disc in the center.  Hathor is the goddess who personifies beauty, love, music, motherhood, childbirth and joy.  She is a very important deity throughout the history of Egypt. She also plays the role of a sky goddess with the god Ra.

SACRED GEOMETRY: Geometric patterns are the quilted network that house the universe with life. force.  If you look around, you will see different geometric symbols everywhere in the world, seen and unseen with our physical eyes.  Many circles create the flower of life, a universal symbol that we are divinely connected as one. The circle represents no beginning and no ending, just a continuous circle of love and light.  The sun is a perfect circle, changing colors as it needs to.  The moon changes shape to help shed light in different patterns on Mother Earth that shift with the universal flow of life. Mother Earth is a circle symbolizing the continuous infinite embodiment of life-force energy encompassing all that is.  The circle plays a very important role in our energy sysgtem.  There are many different shapes in our sky represented by the constellations and the night stars.  The glowing stars of the night sky symbolize the importance of shining light from all aspects of our light bodies and emanate light to all.  Now is the time to awaken our ancient knowledge that we have had in past lifetimes to connect our energy to shapes within our physical bodies to universal bodies and unseen energies merging our energies as one life force.

My message for you today is this:
Sedona, Arizona was only an hours drive from our home in Anthem, Arizona, and so I had the privilege of visiting this incredible red rock area on many occasions.  I am so grateful for that!  There IS an indescribable, yet palpable energy to be experienced there!  
Take notice that your messages of late hold the theme of RECEIVING...and knowing and understanding that you are WORTHY of receiving.  I, myself, was struck by the sentence shared in the message for you last week that said: "Have you ever contemplated the thought that it takes graciousness and generosity of spirit to receive?"  That was a profound statement to me!  It is so often easy for us to give, and more challenging to receive.  I know this to be true for myself.  Yet, I have had pivotal teachings in the importance of balancing giving and receiving within my own life these recent months especially.  As Velva Dawn shares...it is KEY to 'have harmony within my body to maintain health'. 
Even if you are unable at this time to physically visit the energies offered by the red rock of Sedona, gaze upon the photo taken at one of my visits there that I share with you here and allow yourself to take in the energies in that way.  Sedona lovingly offers up nurturing energy, asking nothing in return, other than you receive.  Let the affirmation shared by Velva Dawn through the goddess Hathor, be your mantra for the day (and every day).
