ST. FRANCIS:  St. Francis of Assisi was born to a wealthy Italian cloth merchant, but he later renounced his inheritance to follow an ascetic spiritual path.  As he volunteered in hospitals and ministered to the sick, he gained followers who eventually became the Franciscans.  Many legends speak of St. Francis's ability to communicate with animals, and today he's the patron saint of the environment and animals.  Call upon St. Francis for help in situations where your family or friends don't understand your choices or spiritual path, or any issue involving animals."

My message for you today is this:
Your message today is really about being gentle with yourself as we close out the month of August. Follow your heart and honour what it is saying to you.  Many of you may feel as though you have been through the energetic and emotional wringer, so to speak, at various times this month.  We were presented with situations and circumstances that challenged us to break long held patterns that no longer serve us. I personally found the energy of the recent Super Full Moon to be nourishing and encouraging, even as it supported us in releasing...  We feel safe in expressing ourselves as we need and desire to, and we have been pushed to get really clear about where we stand on certain issues and circumstances in our lives.  Being true to yourself has been the overriding theme and we remain in that energy today.  Relationships and communication have also been thematic this past month. 
Call upon the Ascended Master, St. Francis, to assist you in following the urgings of your heart...this is going to be KEY in navigating your way through the upcoming month of September with ease and grace.
