My message for you today is this:
Archangel Michael's name means, 'He who is like God', and he is deemed to be the most powerful of the Archangels.  His aura is experienced by many as royal purple in colour, and a crystal said to align with his energy is Sugilite.
Each of the Archangels have their own 'specialty'...I think of Archangel Michael as the supreme protector and it is he that I pray to and invoke for protection for myself and my family.  I ask that Archangel Michael surround my home, my vehicle, myself and my loved ones with his beautiful purple protective energy.  Remember that Archangels are of a very high vibration and they are not limited as we are here in the physical world...they have the ability to 'bi-locate', meaning that they can be in multiple places at once, and so you are not keeping an Archangel from working with another by calling him to work with you.  Also remember that energy is constantly in motion, and so it is said that energy shields will remain intact for approximately 12 hours, once invoked.  So, if you have called upon Michael to shield or protect you or a loved one, remember to repeat your invocation after 12 hours, if you feel the need.
Another of Archangel Michael's specialties in working with us is in regards to our Life Purpose.  This was my reason for choosing his deck to draw from today, because this weeks theme seems to be our Life Purpose.  
We are so fortunate, in North America, to have a multitude of options available to us in terms of 'making a living' or 'career choices'.  The more that I travel the World, the more that I have revealed to me that this is not the case everywhere!  Your Life Purpose, however, speaks to so much more than your career or your job.  Your life purpose speaks to the contribution that you will make, as a unique individual, to make the World a better place...if this falls into alignment with how you earn your living, then you are indeed a blessed individual! (And have likely done a lot of inner and outer work to get yourself to that blessed place!)
Archangel Michael is asking you today to take a moment to ask yourself 'what makes your heart sing?'  What is it for you, that while you are doing it, time seems to just fly by? What are your talents and abilities that bring you joy when you engage in them? Whatever comes to mind is AN ASPECT of your Life's Purpose.  Archangel Michael wants you to know today that your Life Purpose infuses ALL that you do.  He wants you to look at all the situations in your life RIGHT NOW to assess how you can live your Purpose within those current circumstances.  Your Life Purpose is NOT some elusive element of your life that you must be continually seeking, but rather you can make the choice right now to live your Purpose to the best of your ability in every moment of every day, despite what the extenuating circumstances may be.  The truth is, you cannot help but live your Purpose in some way, but Archangel Michael has stepped forward for you today to assist and guide you in how to live your Life Purpose in a CONSCIOUS way.  Invoke Archangel Michael to clearly reveal to you how to best live in your Purpose, and then take guided action, understanding that you are not reaching for a destination, but that you are on a journey, and how your Purpose is shared with the World will morph and change over the course of your lifetime.  To strive to be CONSCIOUSLY in your Purpose is for the greater good of All...Archangel Michael is the powerful Archangel who can assist you with that.
