Lion Guide

This is your card reading for Wednesday, September 28th/16.  Your card shot out of the 'Divine Guidance' fractal art deck, authored by Cheryl Lee Harnish.  Your card is 'Lion Guide', and Cheryl Lee's message for the card is this:
"Lion Guide is here to help you awaken the sleeping lion that lies within you.  Your inner lion is powerful, resourceful and mighty.  You really do hold the strength and courage to do whatever needs to be done.  It is time to let the world hear you roar!  Lion Guide is here to help you realize that you do rule your inner and outer worlds and to energetically claim your throne as the rightful ruler of your kingdom.  Once you do, you will step into your role as a leader with ease."

My message for you today is this:
What 'challenging' situation is occurring in your life at this time?  You are being advised that you have all of the resources and inner knowing to deal with it from a place of self-empowerment.  Recall that approaching something from an empowered place never means 'overpowering' another.  True self-empowerment comes from honouring your personal truth and acting accordingly, while understanding that the other party may not be in agreement with your viewpoint.  There is also (as came forward for you in yesterday's reading) a huge difference in the underlying energy of coming across as either defensive or proactive in your approach.  Having this message present for you on 2 consecutive days means that you need to pay attention to that!  Whatever situation comes to mind for you at this time, that you are feeling that you need to 'deal with', keep this in mind:  
~Pay attention to the signs that your body is giving you as to what feels 'right' for you, and honour that.
~Strive to approach the situation from a place of honouring your truth rather than from suppressing another's viewpoint (can you feel the difference in each approach, energetically?) Speak your truth with clarity and conviction but not from a place of attack.
~Detach from how the other party may choose to react or engage, realizing that you are only in control of how you act and react.
Lion Guide has presented because you need to stand in your power and as a reminder that there is no 'peace' within us if we dishonour ourselves in order to bring 'peace' to a situation.
