This is your card reading for Wednesday, October 18th/17. Your card today wafted out of the 'Universal Wisdom' oracle deck authored by Toni Carmine Salerno.  Your card is 'Om' and Toni's message for the card is this:
"~If we were to trace creation back to its source, it would lead to a point of light from which all creation stems. This point of light also exists inside your heart. It emanates a sound or vibration which resonates through all creation.~
This card has appeared in your reading today to remind you of the unlimited creative power, healing and wisdom that can be accessed through this sacred sound. Try the following meditation any time you feel low on energy or out of balance in any way.
Sit quietly. Focus on your breath. As you relax, you will feel a point of light within your third eye area, the point between your eyebrows. Feel its vibration and sound flow through your mind and body. There are seven main energy centers: Crown Center—on top of your head, Third Eye—the point between your eyebrow, Throat Center, Heart Center, Solar Plexus, Sacral Center, and Base Center—at the bottom of your spine. Focus on each energy center one at a time and feel each center being healed and balanced by the vibration of the eternal sound Om. Feel your energy levels rise as you align with the sacred sound of the Universe.

This meditation, practised daily, will help heal and inspire you."

My message for you today is this:
What Toni refers to as 'centers' in his message are more commonly referred to as 'chakras'. Chakras are the energy centers in your body. Chakra means 'wheel' in the Eastern language of Sanskrit, as many 'view' these energy centers as spinning wheels within the body.  There are 7 major chakras that run up the spinal cord, and to the crown of your head. Each chakra has a different color vibration, to do with the speed that they vibrate at. Each chakra is also associated with certain glands within your body and carry various qualities and functions.  Chakras are highly sensitive and it is important to care for your energy centers in order to feel optimal—particularly when you have been exposed to highly charged energy around you, including emotional trauma. Here's a synopsis of the 7 major chakras:
1)  Root or Base Chakra ~ Located at the base of your spine and ruby red in color. Think of this chakra as 'I have', because it is issues of security and safety from a physical perspective that are associated with this chakra.
2)  Sacral Chakra ~ Located just below your navel and orange in color. Think of this chakra as 'I feel', because it is issues of relationship, creativity, appetite, sexuality and desire that are associated with this chakra.
3)  Solar Plexus Chakra ~ Located above the navel and below the chest, in your mid-section and is sunshine yellow in color. Think of this chakra as 'I can' because it is issues of personal power and action that are associated with this chakra.
4)  Heart Chakra ~ Located in the center of your chest and is emerald green in color. Think of this chakra as  'I love' because it is all issues regarding giving and receiving love that are associated with this chakra.
5)  Throat Chakra ~ Located in the throat area and is sky blue in color. Think of this chakra as 'I speak' because it is all issues regarding communication and personal truth that are associated with this chakra.
6)  Third Eye Chakra ~ Located at the center of your forehead between your eyebrows and indigo purple in color.  Think of this chakra as 'I see' because it is issues regarding personal insight, clairvoyance and intuition that are associated with this chakra.
7)  Crown Chakra ~ Located at the crown (top) of your head and is violet in color. Think of this chakra as 'I know' because it is associated with divine wisdom and purpose and universal consciousness and enlightenment.
What Toni has shared in his message with you for this card is essentially a means to clear and balance your chakras by sitting quietly and saying aloud the sacred sound 'Om' (pronounced OH-MMMMMM—really drawing out the 'm' sound). Om is commonly referred to as the 'universal sound' and is believed to be powerfully energetically charged.
We have been in some very challenging and trying energies and chaos has resulted in the life experience of many.  During such times, it serves you to keep yourself centered energetically so that you can come from a balanced place in what you are dealing with. 
You are being STRONGLY encouraged to see the LIGHT today! This is a CHOICE. 
We are honestly moving into a time of significant support in manifesting what we desire, as we move toward the New Moon tomorrow.  Make a conscious decision to do so from a balanced place so that you can be the fullest expression of who you came here to be.
